Hi I am an AMP customer and I am confused about how to get the Denali feed with the CQG order routing on AMP and here. I want package 5, do I sign up for what is in the attached photo at AMP and then what do I need to do with my account here? IDK if this photo attached itself or not. For data feed I do Sierra Chart-Denali-CQG(NoData-Order Routing Only) with Package 5? Thank You Heidi |

You need to change your account to Service Package 11. We can do that for you and then the appropriate CME exchange fee needs to be activated. If you want us to change your account to Service Package 11 which includes the Denali Data Feed for you, let us know. No that is not correct. Refer to: Notice: Transition to Direct Sierra Chart Billing For SC Accounts through Broker The price is just going to be 46 USD per month to Sierra Chart. There is no additional charge for changing the package. See the note below. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. OK, I get that now, thank you. I'm not clear on what choice to make on AMP live trading setup, do I change it to: Seirra Chart-Denali-CQG(NoData-Order Routing Only)? Or do I disable all exchange data, or pick something else? I would like to be able to trade my account. I would like to change over to the Denali data, because the CQG data is so slow when its running on Seirra, I am imagining that the Denali data won't be so slow. Thanks so much! |

If they have an option for 'Disable All Exchange Data' then that would make the most sense. You will not be paying for Sierra Chart or data through AMP. You just need them to set you up with CQG for order routing.
