confused about EUREX historical data

Hello,

I am getting a bit confused about the historical and delayed data feed for Eurex products.
On the page https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartHistoricalData.php, under included markets, there is Eurex mentioned as available by connecting to Sierra Chart - All services connection with settings as per the instructions on the same page.

However, I receive the attached error message and no data is loaded after January 19, 2021.
Could you please let me know if there is anything I might do in a wrong way?

That works :).

After downloading the current release, the study Large Volume Trade Indicator does not seem to work. I tried to change the settings but nothing changed, it does not appear on the chart.
I am sorry to bother with such small things so thank you, I will wait till you have time to fix it.

We do not observe any problem with the Large Volume Trade Indicator. It does work properly.

Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this:

Thank you. It is set as such.
However, I apologize for not giving a precise description.
It happens after the download of current version AND roll over of the Eurex Bund futures contract from H21 to M21. Then the study stops drawing the large volume indicators.

We are certainly not seeing any issue with this. Please give us a screenshot of what you are seeing, and also let us know what your Large Volume Trade Indicator settings are for the Volume Threshold and Draw Mode.
