hi, i made an account with amp futures and CQG data, they write me that you give me the credentials to access to sierra chart with their setup... but nothins was send to my e-mail

Maybe you are referring to the CQG login information? If so contact AMP for that. And here are the set up instructions for that:

I know how to activate CQG data in Sierra chart platform, but if I enter in Sierra with these credentials (credentials that I use to subscribe for the first time in Sierra) Sierra say me that I’m still in 14 days of free use

You can no longer get Sierra Chart through AMP. Therefore, you will use the same account that you logged into this Support Board and you will need to make a payment and activate a service package directly with us. Refer to the following for how to get started with these:

If AMP has not given you any new credentials to log into Sierra Chart, then they have definitely not charged you for your Sierra Chart. You can double check with this with them to make sure.

Therefore, you will need to pay for your Sierra Chart usage time directly to us.

They are telling you that we will give you the credentials because they are not going to create a Sierra Chart account for you. Therefore, the account that you are currently posting from is the one you will need to use.

In other words, the Account Name you will use to login to your Sierra Chart is Matteo99. And you will use the same Password that you use to get into the Sierra Chart website.

Since you were new to AMP right at the time that these items were changing, they apparently did not create a new account for you and are having you use your already existing account with us. Therefore, you are needing to pay for Sierra Chart directly starting now.

For others, it will start in April 2021.
