Hi there My objective at the moment is to use the application for profile charting of equities and indices, and not for any futures trade execution. For a couple of months at least. with this context, I have the following questions. Will appreciate your feedback. Thank you 1/ re: pricing Advanced Package + Denali Data Feed: 38 USD/month (package 11) I still see the old pricing of 46 USD/month in my control panel. Is the new pricing not yet effective? 2/ re: Funded futures account I do not have an account with AMP. I use a local broker in Asia for occasional futures trades. I have active accounts with TD Ameritrade and IBKR. Given you support IBKR, am I good to go? or do you recommend I get a AMP funded account? I have no problems in getting one in a month or two. Will be happy to get one ASAP if you recommend that instead of making it work with IBKR

If you are not needing Real-Time data for the CME Group, then there is no requirement to have a funded futures trading account. That is a requirement of the CME Group. Therefore, if you are just wanting Equities and Indices, then those are part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed 1. You would just need Package 5, not 11, since you do not need the Denali Exchange Data Feed. We have not fully implemented the new pricing model yet. 2. For just Equities and Indices, this is not an issue. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Hi, used to be on System 5 with Sierra data and switched to System 11 with Denali when Eurex became available. 2 questions: 1) Account Services shows I am being billed for both: Exchange Data Feed Features and Exchanges Monthly Cost: 57 USD Denali Exchange Data Feed and Exchanges Monthly Cost: 56.2 USD Does the 57 USD item need to be de-activated ? If affirmative how is this done? 2) I note that under "Description of Service Packages" a 20% discount is available for 6 monthly payment. In #2 it states new pricing model not fully implemented. Does this apply to the discount offering? Please advise.
