Hi, used to be on System 5 with Sierra data and switched to System 11 with Denali when Eurex became available. 2 questions: 1) Account Services shows I am being billed for both: Exchange Data Feed Features and Exchanges Monthly Cost: 57 USD Denali Exchange Data Feed and Exchanges Monthly Cost: 56.2 USD Does the 57 USD item need to be de-activated ? If affirmative how is this done? 2) I note that under "Description of Service Packages" a 20% discount is available for 6 monthly payment. In #2 it states new pricing model not fully implemented. Does this apply to the discount offering? Please advise. |
