Hi SC support,
I am with AMP where I have Denali data and few days ago I activated routing via CQG cause of Denali's outage.
Previously when I checked I was able to connect 2 systems as Denali allows for 2 connections.
Now I see I can connect 3 systems and additionaly in my account control panel I see I need to pay something to SC to be able to trade.
I never ordered anything via SC. I do everything via my broker - AMP. Where is this coming from then?

Additionally I see I am active for COMEX dtaafeed this month. I was confirmed by AMP that my datafeed for COMEX will no longer be active starting from march. Why do I see it active on SC control panel then?

There was no problem with the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

You are referring to technical issues involving TT, and AMP's subsequent decision to not support accounts on TT FIX. All of Sierra Chart systems had at the time and currently are working perfectly.

AMP did not deactivate it. We have done this and it will not renew in April.

To be honest I am a little bit lost with that.

I am ordering all services by AMP (never ordered anything via SC) and I got notifications from SC now that I need to make a payment for some services. Why?
I did not order anything directly in the SC account control panel. Now in my account I see I am on package 11 (advanced + denali data feed) which is 46 USD/month. Where does it come from? What I used to pay via AMP is 25USD for pckg 5 + 10 USD for selected exchange.

I am also not willing to pay for the COMEX datafeed for march as I requested on time to deactivate it. Who should I contact for that to make a claim. You, or AMP?

Kind regards.

Sierra Chart support, this can be closed now. I misunderstod it.

I thought I will be still billed by SC pckg 5 and datafeeds by AMP but apparently I will not - they will charge just the routing costs.
All payments should be now done directly to my SC account.

Correct?
