I am going to change from Package 5 to the new Package 12.

I have already paid for a 3-month subscription to package 5 (billed on Jan 31st, 2021).
When changing to package 12, will I receive credit for the remaining months on my package 5 subscription?

I found my answer under "Self Help" >> "Features and Performance" >> "I have just paid for a Service Package and I do not have Numbers Bars or TPO Profile Charts". Here are the relevant quotes:

- The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

- There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.




So in conclusion, users wishing to change their package may do so freely.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
