Trying to connect to new instance

I am in the process of setting up sierra charts on another computer. I have downloaded the program and downloaded the Data files from the first instance I have been using for years. When I start Sierra Charts It will not connect. I get a connection error message
CQG WebAPI Logon unsuccessful. I entered CQG WebAPI trading in the Current Selected Service and username and password although I do not remember the password and may have the wrong one so if that is the problem i need to find out how to change my password. I would appreciate your help

Definitely the message is stating that either the Username or Password for CQG is incorrect. You would need to talk to your broker about resetting the CQG password.
