I am in the process of setting up sierra charts on another computer. I have downloaded the program and downloaded the Data files from the first instance I have been using for years. When I start Sierra Charts It will not connect. I get a connection error message
CQG WebAPI Logon unsuccessful. I entered CQG WebAPI trading in the Current Selected Service and username and password although I do not remember the password and may have the wrong one so if that is the problem i need to find out how to change my password. I would appreciate your help
