If your Sierra Chart account is provided through the broker AMP, and you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed And you are not currently using it, then the following needs to be done: 1. Contact us on this Support Board that you want to use the Denali Data Feed. And we will make sure, that your account will not be billed further by AMP. We will then need to change your account to package 10 (Standard with Denali Data Feed) or 11 (Advanced with Denali Data Feed). I have a prior feed established with denali through my AMP sub acct and this SC acct, though Im now in the process of eliminating this sub acct and establishing a denali connection through my main acct on amp to both chart and execute through Sierra charts now and I'm seeming to be having trouble figuring out where to get my new SC login. The data form that I filled out on the AMP side of things was different than it was the last time I hooked up Denali to my sub acct and trying to find proper instructions from AMP support on what to do next has been hopeless. please help

Figured out how to get in by resetting password for Username following the same format as the sub account id had with denali [AC(acct#)], though it wouldve been nice if AMP couldve told me about this since the only reason I knew the denali usrname format was because I'd had a previous acct. I'm now having trouble figuring exactly how to get the service package activated, as I'd signed up to have it billed through my AMP acct and the only options I'm seeing on SC website would require payment from this end.

I specifically was interested in two things when I started using Sierra Chart Order Routing: 1. Being able to use 'Server 3' I was able to reduce my round-trip time down to 13 ms. 2. The new EUREX EOBI Data Feed on co-location was the second argument. Did I understood this correctly: I have to revert everything and use CQG Order Routing (with 'just' 15 levels market of depth) and round-trip times up to 200 ms? And yes...I agree..the slowest element is the person using the computer....it's just the nerd in me. Is there any way to introduce a work-around? i.e. Use CQG only for Order Entering and the new DENALI EUREX FEED with all information from EUREX EOBI?

You still will use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for EUREX market data and we are going to be removing support for CQG EUREX data in May. Is there any way to introduce a work-around? i.e. Use CQG only for Order Entering and the new DENALI EUREX FEED with all information from EUREX EOBI? Yes this is supported. okay I think I can live with paying directly to you guys over AMP considering how nonconstructive their support has been for me on this, it is looking like they were saying the denali option through amp still did order routing through CQG. I know there's been some trouble with CQG and that you guys were looking to not have to provide support for their issues in the future. Should it continue to be stable as far as being able to execute thru Sierra Chart platform this way?

All service packages support CQG. Perfectly fine to use CQG for order routing until we have our direct CME routing. We just do not want to support CQG market data. thank you. Set up denali + adv package, will they already know to not charge anything from the AMP side of things since I've paid on this end? or do I need to contact them about this?
