I have been trying to set up my edge clear account through you. I have two open tickets that have not been responded to. I am currently paying for data that is delayed and Im not sure why.

Via my other ticket I am trying to get through this task.

I am currently stuck on step 14 where it says connect to data feed. I can not do that , when I scroll down to it the option is not clickable. My data is delayed, and as far as I know I activated the denali data yesterday.

If you could help me out that would be great.

The reason you cannot select Connect to Data Feed is because you are already connected. So do not worry about that.

The reason you are getting Delayed data is because you have not finished the Setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. But, we notice that you are listed as a Professional with regards to the CME Group. Do you know if the CME Group considers you a Professional trader?

No I did not realize I entered professional. That was a mistake. How do I change it?

Sorry, the issue of your status has been resolved. You are now listed as a Non-Professional.

Therefore, we just you to select the Exchange(s) that you want to activate. You can do this from this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

If this is the first time you are using the exchanges for the CME Group, then you will get the remainder of this month at no cost. If you have used them previously, then make sure you have enough funds in your account to pay for the exchange fees, as they are taken out at the time you select the exchange.

yes I do. I went ahead and went with group 1 for now. Not sure if I need it though.

One question, not related to this. How do I 'unpin' a chart to move it to a different screen? I downloaded a new chartbook, but when I open it and unattatch a certain chart I can not move it to a different screen in my setup. It just gets moved around in the original screen.

ES and NQ are on the CME exchange. GC is on the COMEX exchange, so you could save $10.40 by just activating the "CME with Market Depth" and the "COMEX with Market Depth".

But, if you need any symbol(s) from any of the other CME Group of Exchanges, then you have the best exchange option selected.

Ok, Just looking at my account.
I already paid for danali data feed yesterday.
2021-03-02 17:58:45  Denali Data Feed Fee for 19.71

and now just paid for the danali data feed
2021-03-03 18:16:14  Denali Data Feed Exchange Fee for 31.20

I thought the reason I had delayed data was because I didnt finish the setup like you said. Which I though meant I had to purchase the feed, which apparently I had already done like I thought. So now it seems I have purchased two feeds? My data is no longer delayed after I purchased the second feed. What do I do?

You paid for the Data Feed itself ($19.71) for the remainder of the month (it was pro-rated from $20.00).

Then you had to pay for the Exchange Fee ($31.20, not pro-rated).

So yes, you needed to pay for both of these to get your data.

Ok I was not aware of that. Thanks. Is there any way I can switch the denali exchange fee (31.20) to just the CME with market depth (10.4) or is it too late and will just have to switch it next month.

You should wait until next month. You have already paid the $31.20 for the remainder of this month, so if you activate the other exchange, you will just incur $10.40 in charges for no benefit.

What you should do, right now, however, is to select the "Deactivate" button for the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" exchange. This will prevent that exchange from renewing next month. You will still continue to get the data through the remainder of this month.

Then on April 1, 2021 you would select the new exchange(s) that you want.

Ok thank you.

Not sure if you saw this but had a question about charts.
How do I 'unpin' a chart to move it to a different screen? I downloaded a new chartbook, but when I open it and unattatch a certain chart and try to move it, I can only move it around the original screen, not to one of the 3 other screens in my set up. I usually do not have this problem.
