I read about the denali data feed, i am a little bet confused, you said about the price is yr documents that "-Advanced Package + Denali Data Feed: 38 USD/month (package 11). (Note: This package is needed for the new upcoming EUREX EOBI data feed)", but when i try to change my service package it gives me 46 USD!,so please tell me what is correct for me. thank you |

We are still in the process of working on the Price Standardization, so the prices as they are posted are the current prices. In order to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data, you would need to follow the Setup Instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Note that you will have to change your Package to Package 11, which is explained in the Setup Instructions. This will not incur any additional charges, it will just change the end-date of your current Usage Time. If this is the first time using the Denali Exchange Data Feed with the CME Group, then the remainder of the month in which you activate the exchange will be free. thank you for responding, I still have 2 weeks for my current subscription, so when i change my package are you going to discount the remaining value of my package(almost 18 usd) from the cost of the new one? thank you |

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. sir, i changed my package to 11, but i do not see the CME Professional Certification agreement in order to activate the data feed. please help. thank you |

I do not have trading account, i only want to try the live feed tell the end of march and then i will decide to continue with the live feed or back to the delayed data feed.

You will need to fill out the Exchange Agreements as a Professional, meaning that you will leave the Broker/Clearing Firm blank along with the Trading Account Number. Then in the CME Non-Professional Certification you will mark yourself as a Professional. This will then give you access to the Professional exchanges. The first month you activate the exchange is free, assuming you have not used the Denali Exchange Data Feed previously. Your account is currently showing as being on package 5. You will need to be on Package 11 to have access to the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
