Hi, until about 3 days ago I was having no problems, then my Market profile screen went blank. Drawings are still there but no market data - historical or live ? I notice the time stamp on the bottom axis is also now blank. Please advise.

The first thing to do is to remove the TPO profile study and make sure the underlying data is still there. Also make sure that you are using an Intraday chart (not daily or higher timeframe).

Separately, we see that you have activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you have not activated any exchanges. Therefore, you are not setup to receive any Real-Time data. If you are wanting Real-Time data, then you would need to finish the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You will find the instructions on this page:

Hello, yes there is a price line there when I take off the TPO study and it is set to intraday. I notice there are no time indications on the bottom of the chart. It is completely blank ?

The file is attached, but it is not what we need.

We need a Chartbook that has the chart in it that has the TPO study on it. We want to see what your settings look like for the TPO study. Please attach a chartbook again that has the chart in it that has the TPO study on it.

We received the chartbook, but this does not contain the TPO Study on the chart. We need to see the chart with the TPO Study on it.

The solution is you need to change to Service Package 11 that includes the TPO Profile Chart study. Instructions:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

please ignore my last request. Rescaling the chart the blocks were there. Thank you so much for your help and patience.
