AMP double charging?

Hello, In my AMP Monthly statement for February, AMP is charging me 10 USD for "JAN21 Sierra Denali Data Fee". Is it possible that they are charging me what I have already payed through my Sierra Package 5 and Denali fees (40.8 USD/month) as you can see in attachment? I contacted AMP. This was their answer: "The charge processed by AMP on 2/1/21 was for the month of January. This was the only month charged. Per your screenshot from Sierra, it doesn't appear there was a charge for January. You may need to confirm this with Sierra Chart." From Transaction log (https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog) I see that in January I have paid "Denali Data Feed Exchange Fee" but not "Denali Data Feed Fee". And in February and March I have paid to Sierra both "Denali Data Feed Exchange Fee" and "Denali Data Feed Fee". Can you please explain the difference betwen these two, and why I don't see "Denali Data Feed Fee" paid for January to Sierra. And is this maybe the reason why AMP charged me "Sierra Denali Data Fee" for January? But then, AMP charged me 10 USD and I am paying 20 USD to Sierra for "Denali Data Feed Fee". This is all very confusing to me, please explain. |

Refer to this section here which explains the difference between those fees: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Pricing Effective next month, you will need to use Sierra Chart Service Package 11 which includes the Denali Data Feed.
