Hi I am a new client and i have a few questions about data. First, I want use yours platform only for study chart, no trade only use chart to study Futures Dax. Only I need is real time date for Eurex, real time profil of volume, Cumulative delta. Nothing more. Maybe in futures footprint bars. If you can say me, which service package I must choose 3 or 5? How cost i will pay month for data? I must buy Denali Exchange or enought is Eurex Eobi? How I can off Delayed Exchange Data Feed, becouse I not use this and I don't want to pay for this 36$ per month. If you can, say me for me questions. Sorry for my English, but I write from Poland and my English no good. Greetings |

From what you state, you can use the Basic Package, but if you are going to use Footprints (Numbers Bars), then you would need to use the Advanced Package. You can always change your package at any time, so we would recommend starting with Package 3 and then going to Package 5 if you find you need it. Refer to the following information on what is included in each package: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages We are not sure if you are stating that you can use the Delayed Streaming EUREX data or not. If you can, then this is included with the Service Packages and you do not need to pay for anything else. If you need to have Real-Time EUREX data, then you would need to use Package 10 to start (and change to Package 11, if you need Footprints later). Then you would also need to activate the EUREX Exchange.
