Hi Sierra Chart...
I have moved from CQG to Denali - so as part of the process, I asked AMP to change my data feed to "Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (NO data - order routing only)".

I believe i have done the correct steps so far on the Sierra side, by following the instructions, however i have two questions:

1) Do i still need to log in with my CQG credentials (?) to show the CME i have a trading account? or is that done now as i am fully part of the Denali family?
2) I am getting real time data for my instruments, however on CME ES instruments my charts are not displaying on any longer time frame charts (1hour +)... i am getting the message "Downloading Continuous Contract Data"... this has been going on for the last few hours... have i set this up correctly? is this something to do with how i have set up the Denali? other instruments are displaying fine....

1. Since you are connecting to CQG all the time, there is nothing special you need to do with regards to connecting to your trading account.

2. It can take some time to download the continuous contract, depending on how many days you are trying to load. Several hours does sound like too much. You may want to remove that chart and start a new one and see if you are able to get the data to load without any issues.
