Hi Sierra Chart... I have moved from CQG to Denali - so as part of the process, I asked AMP to change my data feed to "Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (NO data - order routing only)". I believe i have done the correct steps so far on the Sierra side, by following the instructions, however i have two questions: 1) Do i still need to log in with my CQG credentials (?) to show the CME i have a trading account? or is that done now as i am fully part of the Denali family? 2) I am getting real time data for my instruments, however on CME ES instruments my charts are not displaying on any longer time frame charts (1hour +)... i am getting the message "Downloading Continuous Contract Data"... this has been going on for the last few hours... have i set this up correctly? is this something to do with how i have set up the Denali? other instruments are displaying fine....
