Hi,

I noticed my Continuous contract data was not loading certain contracts periods so I followed every step in the "Redownloading Continuous Contract Data" and now my charts wont load the number of days I set in Chart Settings>>Days to load.

Below is the links to the image showing the error

The reason for the problem you are having is that your Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on March 1, 2021. As such, you are now getting data from CQG and they do not have historical data for previous contracts.

As we are in the process of removing the ability for accounts to be paid through a reseller/broker you would really need to have AMP take you off their billing and then change your Package to Package 11. Then you can activate the exchange(s) you need.

So paid for package 5 through amp. Can can I upgrade to package 11 myself for this month? Then deal with amp later?

I use to be with TT but a lot of my order got duplicated with them and it was a nightmare. AMP seems to be restricting trading with that data service as well.

Since you are setup to pay for both your Sierra Chart Usage and Data Feed through AMP, you will need to deal with AMP right away to work out how they want to proceed.

I canceled my billing with AMP and just reactivated my account with service package 11 and I'm still getting the following error after I follow all the steps in the "Redownloading Continuous Contract Data".

Below is the link of the image demonstrating the error.

There should not be any missing data. These are the steps:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data

Make sure you select all contracts in the list of contracts to re-download the data for all of them. If there still is an issue you will need to manually delete the data files. Let us know.

GOT IT TO WORK. What I did was the following

File>>Data/Trade Service Settings>>>Change Intra Data Storage Time Unit from 1 second to 5 seconds.

Then reconnected and the download worked!

Thank you!

That definitely should not be necessary. Unless there just were historical data download failures because too much data was being downloaded but that really would mean that the Internet connection is substantially degraded.
