I am trying to set up my account and I am a little confused. Please advise on the following.
I have an account with Amp. I get the package for your software from Amp included in the account. I want to use your denali data, so I will sign up for that and pay for that on my sierra chart account rather than get CQG data from AMP. I am forced to be on CQG order routing, so that is just what it is. now my question is in regards the CME Exchange data. do I sign up for that with you and pay you that 10 dollars or do I have to sign up for that with amp? or does it not matter either way?
thank you very much for your kind assistance.

You do need to pay for the Denali Data feed directly. Also we see your Sierra Chart account after March will not be billed to your brokerage account (This was a change that we did not make). So you need to pay for everything directly to Sierra Chart. At this point you will want to change to package 10 which is 36 USD per month which includes that the Denali Data Feed. Instructions to change:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

You then need to activate exchange fees here:

thank you for your response. i activated the service package and the exchange data.
my account panel says the following: "Your Sierra Chart account has a trading account for the SC Order Routing service and your Sierra Chart services balance is below 5 USD. To continue to have access to the service to pay for order fills, you need to add additional credit to your account.
You will need to make a payment of 21 USD."
i am not sure why this is

i thought i need to do the CQG order routing with amp from now on, isnt that what all this switching that i am doing now is all about? is something not set up correctly?

i want to apologize if i am taking up too much of your time. i am aware i do not pay you enough for this. i hope this is ok, if you cannot support my requests, i understand.
thank you for your time

You can ignore that message. Your account is still setup for the Sierra Chart Order Routing even though you are not using it. That is why you are getting that message.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
