You will find the differences in the packages outlined here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages If you need data for NQ and HSI, then you would need to be on Package 10 or 11 (for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the NQ) and also use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the HSI (Hange Seng Index).
