problems with data from Interactive brokers

Hallo, I tried to find a few hours why is problems with historical data on Daily graphs form IB in Sierra charts(missing a last few days, every ticker is different). I am not still sure. Is is problem now, that I must have Advanced package instead of Standard now? Was it changed recently? Because the problems started approximately one month ago. Also softies(problems cca 3 months),that were delayed from IB, now is not possible to display at all. What to do? I do not want to make control every day, if data is correct or not. Thanks in advance

We provide no help with Interactive Brokers market data. You need to obtain all data from Sierra Chart.

You need to use our data feeds:

Problem is, that in charts in TWS looks data ok. But in Sierra charts are the problems in graphs like missing data. Something changed recently, or why is this problem now and wasnot before? Is it really problem of IB, or maybe problems with API, virus, bad connection or something else???
Another problemm is, that I do not understand how to reach your data feed (too dificult to understand how to do it and how much will it cost).
