Changing to Denali Data Feed

Hi,

I am using AMP as my broker and CQG for order routing and data feed. However, I would like to change to Denali data feed, while continuing to use AMP as my broker and CQG for order routing. I need CME, CBOT and Eurex real-time data. I have completed all the documentation and informed AMP to stop all data feed. My package 5 is due to end on 31 Apr 2021. However, when I just tried to change my package to package 11, it simply extended the due date for my package 5. How do I rectify this? How should I continue to set up? Thanks.

Hi,

I believe AMP/CQG has disabled all my data feed. I am now getting the following error when connecting: "Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI|Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM.|Date-Time: 2021-03-01 20:29:39". Anything I need to do now? Thanks.

You need to ask your broker about this message. It implies that you are not setup in the CQG system.

Hi,

You mentioned in the 2nd post that you will rectify my issue reported yesterday. However, I still see package 5 shown in my account details and my usage time end date extended 6 months. As mentioned in post 1, I want to change from package 5 (which was due to end on 31 Apr 2021) to package 11. When can this be rectified? Thanks.

Currently, my account is still showing package 5 and usage time extended to 2 Nov 2021. Please help rectify as soon as possible. I would like to be on package 11 and have the service balance adjusted pro-ratedly. Thanks.

With this current wrong profile, I cannot proceed to set up the Denali feed and cannot begin trading again. Please help.
