Currently, my account is still showing package 5 and usage time extended to 2 Nov 2021. Please help rectify as soon as possible. I would like to be on package 11 and have the service balance adjusted pro-ratedly. Thanks. With this current wrong profile, I cannot proceed to set up the Denali feed and cannot begin trading again. Please help. |
