Hi I just cancelled my level 5 package with Amp because I want to possibly use my Sierra charts for an up coming combine. I also thought it would be a good time to try the free trial of the Denali feed, are the CME exchange fees also free for the month. I believe I have to wait till tomorrow, March 1st to sign up. Does the date go with my time zone or the exchange time zone, I'm in PST. A few questions: 1) I currently have an account with SC through Amp so do I need to create a brand new account? 2) Since I don't know if I'll keep Denali until after the trial do I sign up of package 5 instead of 11? 3) How do I activate the free Denali trial? 4) Are the CME exchange free for the month? How do I sign up, I want market depth and i'm a non-professional. 5) Can I just sign up after midnight my time to sign up or should I wait till the early morning? Thanks |

1. The account that you have posted from is not paid for through AMP, therefore you have full control over the account and should just continue to use this account. 2. In order to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to change to package 10 or 11. 3. At this time, there is no free trial for the Denali Exchange Data Feed itself. You just need to sign up for Package 10 or 11. The Exchange Fee will be be free for the remainder of the month. 4. Yes, the Exchange Fee is free for the remainder of the month in which it is activated. To use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data, follow the Setup Instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* 5. The times we deal with are UTC. So it is best to wait until the morning (which is now).
