AMP/CQG - Only 5 days of intraday data?

After deleting/downloading data for a chart, I only get 5 days of intraday historical data. AMP informed me that there would be no change to Sierra Chart service for a while until everything was confirmed. Maybe there is some setting I have to fix? CQG only has 5 days of historical data which I do not understand why. You should check this Jan 1, 2021 Changes to Historical Data: Interactive Brokers, CQG

My goal is the following: 1) Full realtime intraday data for CME exchanges 2) TPO Charts 3) OSX realtime intraday data for MJNK It doesn't matter to me whether the trades are routed through CQG or Sierra. What should I subscribe to make this happen? |

You will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data and pay for that directly to Sierra Chart: Denali Exchange Data Feed We need to do this for you because your account is with AMP. First thing we need to do is to add credit to your Sierra Chart account: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit You need to add a minimum of 20 USD plus the cost of the CME exchange fees. Those fees are documented also here: Denali Exchange Data Feed You are best off paying for Sierra Chart directly to Sierra Chart. In this case tell AMP you do not want billing through them any longer. And after that is done, let us know. You need to let us know.
