Hi,

I keep being asked to sign the attached agreements. (see attached)

If these additional agreements are free, then I am happy to sign, but if they are chargeable then I will ignore them, as the only live data I need is for the Eurex, which I will get through my new Denali data-feed.

We do not need you to sign any further agreements. You are all set but we need you to add another 25 USD to your account. So we can activate the real-time EUREX data for March. Let us know here when that is done. And we will take care of this for you.

Internal note for ourselves:
Activate independently the Denali data feed and the EUREX exchange when there is sufficient credit. We then need to credit the user 10 USD for the Denali data feed because they are using the direct option for now.

having just paid the payment of USD 25 (plus 85 USD on 26th Feb) It is still not letting me manually activate the Denali data feed (package 11), which I need asap.

We have taken care of moving you to Package 11.

Also, you did not have any funds in your account as you had pressed the "Renew Now" button, which removes funds from your account and adds the additional Usage Time. Therefore, we have refunded one month of Usage Time to add funds back into your account.

You just need to activate the Exchange(s) that you want. You can access the EUREX exchange options here:
