Help switch from Sierra Charts paid through Amp to Direct pay to Sierra Chart

Hi I have questions, I want to switch my Sierra Charts/Denali feed/CQG from being paid through Amp to direct pay through Sierra Charts starting March 1. 1. Do I have to create a new account with Sierra? 2. Do I have to download a new instance of Sierra Charts? 3. Will I be billed for February usage if I complete the switch before March 1? 4. Will I need package 5 if I don't use any of the advanced features but I do use auto trading with a spreadsheet? |

1. No, you do not need to create a new account. Just let AMP know that you are making this switch so they can take you off their internal billing and you will then be billed directly by us. 2. No, you do not need to download a new instance/version of Sierra Chart. Everything related to your software will stay the same, you will just be paying for it directly to us. 3. You will not be billed for anything that you have already been billed for. Your current Usage Time ends on February 28, 2021. So when you make the switch, you just need to ensure that you have enough funds in your account with us to cover the cost for the upcoming renewal on March 1, 2021 (currently, that would be $36.00 USD for Package 5. 4. If you do not need the Advanced Features then you can use Package 3. The Spreadsheet Trading study is available in Package 3. Once you make the switch from AMP, you would change your package at this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices ----------------------- We just want to note that the Denali Exchange Data Feed on your account has been set to not renew. So if you want to also have the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to reactivate the Data Feed and the Exchange(s) on March 1, 2021.
