1. No, you do not need to create a new account. Just let AMP know that you are making this switch so they can take you off their internal billing and you will then be billed directly by us. 2. No, you do not need to download a new instance/version of Sierra Chart. Everything related to your software will stay the same, you will just be paying for it directly to us. 3. You will not be billed for anything that you have already been billed for. Your current Usage Time ends on February 28, 2021. So when you make the switch, you just need to ensure that you have enough funds in your account with us to cover the cost for the upcoming renewal on March 1, 2021 (currently, that would be $36.00 USD for Package 5. 4. If you do not need the Advanced Features then you can use Package 3. The Spreadsheet Trading study is available in Package 3.
