Hi there,

I've uploaded a custom chart book but no data is coming up on my charts. Anything I'm not doing?

Most likely the Charts were from someone using a different service, therefore the symbols would be different from what you use. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service after opening the Chartbook and this should resolve it. For reference, here is the command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
