Hey there,

Recently, I made a non-professional account for futures and also paid a fee of $26 USD during the trial period to keep a positive account balance. I have also followed the steps mentioned on how to activate the live fee but unfortunately still getting delayed data feed. After the payment, I still see $0 balance in my account, could you please confirm if the payment went through. I am not sure what needs to be done from my end to fix this issue. Would greatly appreciate your help.

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:

Thanks for your reply.

As per your advise, I connected my account my live account but still my account is getting delayed feed. Is it because of the my account balance is low? I just can not figure out since I am still on the trial account and I paid $26 USD which should be enough to pay $3.25 per month fee and the rest amount ($56) should not be due as of now.

I just want to know what could be the reason for delayed feed. And Why do I see $0 balance in my account even after paying $26 USD during trial period. What have I been charged so for?

Everything looks good in your account. Let us know if you are still not getting real-time data.

You can always see what you are charged by looking at the Transaction Log. You can access this here:
