Hello, as you can see i started to use the Denali Feed now but do not have tick data for the E-mini before February 18th 2021. Therefore i was forced to stop my recent trading backtest.

So... only 5 days with information about Cum Delta/ Footprint is available. I am trading with my account at AMP and deleted my former package there.
The help desk of AMP told me that i have to set followig in sierra chart, do continue trading via my AMP account BUT using now your DENALI-feed data:

Sierra Chart Data Trade Service Settings:
Current selected service: CQG WebAPI and in Main Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds: YES.
I also set 150 days of tick data available.

In general I set intraday chart.

If there is something wrong with the setting and this is the cause why i am not getting more then 5 days of tick data, let me know.

Hello, That is all set. The question is, what do i have to set in the Chart Data Trade Service?
When i want to trade with my LIVE account via AMP do i have to set "CQG WebAPI" (like the support of AMP said)
But when i want to use the Denali Feed to histrocial 1-tick data for more than 5 days i have to set it to: "SC Data - All Services"
Now i can not choose to trade with my live account (for my understanding) but i have 1-tick data for more than 5 days back.
Right now i set it at "SC Data - All services" and have 1 tick data with Cum delta and footprint for month´back.
Regards

You should have your Data/Trade Settings set to your trading service (CQG WebAPI, in this case). As long as the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes, then you should be receiving the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed for symbols that trade on the CME exchange (not the full CME Group, just the CME Exchange, as that is the exchange you have activated).

Refer to the following to make sure you are properly setup:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
