[User Discussion] - Problem with Gomicator

I contact Gomicator page that you recommend on your page to test the studies they offer.
They accepted the trial, so i restart my Sierra , and since this moment, when i go to add customs studies my Sierra shutdown automatically.
I tried several times , but same problem.
I decide to re install Sierra but i still having the same issue.
Need help please

First you need to get with Gomicator to let them know that their software is causing you trouble and to either fix it, or to take you off their list so you do not receive their software anymore.

In the meantime you will need to run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode. Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode

Once you have verified that the files from Gomicator are working properly then you can start Sierra Chart without Safe mode. Or if you are no longer getting the file(s) from Gomicator then you will want to go to your Sierra Chart Data folder and remove the .dll files that they had sent you, and then you can start Sierra Chart without Safe Mode again.

Thank s for the answer.
They told me from gomicator that it s cause i m running Sierra from a Mac with Crossover as emulator.
So no able to use this studies.
Do you will fix that on the near future for Mac customers?

aaaah you're using a mac that's what I was thinking, I thought I had sent a message butr maybe forgot.

Sorry , it causes issues like the crash you encountered, and I'm pretty sure that all the studies that use .NET dlls can't work.

It leaves you unfortunately with only the pure C++ dlls which is the GomRenko.

Sorry for that, I think the real issue is the protection software I use, the MAC does not like it..
