Hello Sierra Chart. I am in the process of switching over my data feeds to CQG from TT. I logged into the new account with details I recieved from AMP futures. But in SC it tells me I do not have access to real time data. Amp has told me since I pay for SC through this website, I must contact you for support on this issue. Thank you for your time.

I am trying my best to figure it out but I am not having much luck I apologize. I have attached a screen shot of my error message. Again, thank you for your time and prompt responses.

You need to subscribe to the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data and activate the necessary CME exchange. Full documentation is on this page:

Next month the cost of this data feed is only going to be 10 USD per month additional.

I have activated CME for non professional trading accounts and my service is back up. I apologize for this question, because it might seem basic but I cannot figure it out. My chart is only showing today, when the service was activated, I do not have previous days of charts available. I have it set to load 30 days in the chart settings. My Micro Dow futures loaded 30 days but the rest did not. Am I missing something extremely obvious?

First thing we want you to do is:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

After that, if necessary, follow the instructions here:

I have followed your instructions and now have my data back. Thank you guys for your quick assistance to my issues.
