Hi,
following amp emails I don't understand what I have to do.
I have received the email from cqg that I have to login first to mycqg but credentials are wrong.
Do I have to change data trade settings ? ( I currently have sc order routing/data)

thanks

Also still struggling with the switch and writing with AMP support since countless hours. Looks like they just did not activate the label for the SC connection Mode with SC data according what I found on SC board but they just don't get it.

No way I can log in with the new CQG credentials I received. Getting the attached error message. Trader is not enabled to use SC data.

Hi John,

thanks for coming back to me.

It's not about getting data for a specific chart as I'm not able to even get a connection. I know that I need to change the symbol mapping from TT to CQG after I got connected but I'm struggling with the first step. Pretty sure my AMP account is missing the private flag to use SC data as I read in your documentation and also pointed AMP support and trade desk to this issue. They keep saying everything is configured correct on their end but cleary, the log shows the error I get from CQG Web API.

I was one of the first switching over to SC order routing with AMP, a few days before they showed this option in the customer portal so I guess this could be the issue as the connection was activated in Sept. 2019 with some sort of custom settings I guess.

Any help would be highly appreciated as I'm cut off from trading since over a week now.

I would really like to keep Denali for data. If they can't get it fixed I might need to switch broker and order routing to Rithmic but still - the best option would be to use CQG for interim and wait for your direct connection to CME.

I have the same problem as nosast. It also says Trader is not enabled to use SierraChartData when I try to connect with CQG login. Will see if AMP customer service can help.

For any CQG connectivity issues you need to contact your broker. We do not help with those.

You can see the relevant error in the Service Connection Error box that pops up.

Seems like the guys fixed it. Reason: in myCQG I wasn't seeing any EULA to agree to. Once they showed up and I signed them I was able to connect.
