Charts have stopped working

Hi there, I updated my Sierra Chart today and then opened up my usual chartbook. the charts have updated on the initial open but have completely stopped. So the price doesnt change from when the chartbook is open. It's as if it's stuck / crashed. Data feed is apparently on. Please could you advise?
