Published by AMP on Sun 21st Feb - does it concern SC Order Routing OR it is strictly about SC FIX for TT ?

And if it strictly about "SC FIX for TT", then what is going on with SC Order Routing (with AMP as the broker) - can you get update from them when is this going to be allowed/enabled again?

===----

TT Outage : CME Order Routing Issues

It has been decided that Sierra TT FIX will no longer be supported on any exchanges. We want to restore trading access to our customers as quick as possible.

We have been in communication with Sierra Chart. The change from TT to CQG is not a difficult process. Simple change of the connection in Sierra Chart to CQG and Translate the symbol mapping to CQG.

With Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data - Order Routing Only) - you will keep Denali as is for real-time and historical market data and CQG will be used for order routing only - No Exchange Data will be enabled on your CQG trader ID/Username.

@user12089 I got the same, AMP is high probable in litigation with TT for the tech issue that happened last week, so they just cut the contracts with them. But what everyone like me is on SC routing service TT/AMP, has to keep in mind is that this service had a good or high level of redundancy and affidability in terms of connectivity (what happened on TT is concerning the order management software of TT) while this what they call " Simple change of the connection in Sierra Chart to CQG" compared to SC/TT it's like to go free climbing or a cbale car wihtout a double rope.
Since we are trading our money it is not safe.

there are two technical interfaces to TT when using the SC client platfrom:

1. SC Order Routing
2. TT Fix (ie direct to TT from the SC client)

the AMP email said "SC TT FIX" - so IF they had used the precise technical terminology (which i doubt) then the announcement should not concern 1

can SC provide clarifications asap

If you want to trade more safe use CQG data and CQG routing for now.
Ask AMP to have a double login to access to CQG trader (desktop, not the web version) for the background and track orders and positions

Yes you are right, but I waited 2 years to have a good Eurex datafeed (barchart was sometime bullshit) and now that I have it, I have to use CQG that is like barchart and far away from EOBI datafeed?
No I will stop autotrading and do it manually but with denali feed but this just for 30 days, if SC will get the direct routing by april ok otherwise I will look other solution.NQ was just 20% of my trading fortunately.

SC will have to keep supporting CQG then - there is a need for official statement / update on that from SC asap

two BIG reasons:

1. Basically without CQG, SC would NOT have ANY support for AMP for CME - AMP is the most flexible and cost effective FCM out there

2. Even when SC introduce their direct connection to CME and which will be supported by/for AMP, without support for CQG, that still puts AMP out of the picture for Eurex (and hence diminishes the value of the new Eurex EOBI SC feed)

i want to see official statement from SC about their plans for CQG support (order execution) in SC for at least the next 6 months

yes this is true but as you can read on the clarifcation post sierra made no EUrex order routing at least by end of 2021 and it is not yet confirmed they will do that!

So you are right the value of the EOBI is dimished, I'm really sad.
And more over CQG is not supporting bracket orders too.
So just asked (and I had to insist with AMP support) I' moving to a simple CQG desktop with AMP (for now till I 'll found a valid alternative asap), then if Sierra will not confirm Eurex order routing for sure by the end 2021 I think the only solution will be move away, so much time invested in setting the chart burned in a week. No words.
