I'm trying to open intraday charts for Eurex bonds (June) and getting an "symbol is unknown" message. March contracts are fine. Anything we can do to fix it?

We have gotten an answer from CTS, it has to do with a different market identifier used for the June contract. Really the way that CTS is handling this, is exceptionally complicated and will require very significant changes on our side in the way that symbols and market data is handled in Sierra Chart when using CTS. We do not foresee getting to this for at least a month. For the record, no other data or trading service has complex and changing symbology like CTS does. In some ways Interactive Broker symbols are complicated, but we do not face this kind of issue with Interactive Brokers. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hi, I was just wondering if there's any success with June Eurex Bonds on T4 in Sierra since now June is the most traded month...I'm still getting the "symbol is unknown" message. Thank you!

we are still working on this. We will have a solution out in about 2 to 3 hours. It requires extensive reworking of how symbols are handled with CTS T4.
