Study Data Not Appearing

I just linked my Amp account, signed agreements and activated all my services. I was receiving delayed data on my studies but now that I'm linked I can not receive any data for the same studies with the same symbols, only candle charts. I contacted Amp and they said I am SC TT Fix and they are working on changes. Also I am connected to SC futures order routing/data

The first thing we want you to do is to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Let us know if you continue to have an issue after that.

Get us your Message Log following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

If so, follow the instructions below:
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

The only issue now is its still delayed data.

Give us 1 symbol for which you are getting Delayed data (but you expect it to be Real-time).

That is a stock symbol. You are not signed up to receive real-time data for stocks. As such, you can receive delayed stock data as part of the Sierra Chart Historical Data. Refer to the information here:

If you want to get Real-Time U.S. Equities data from us, then you would use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, which you already are using for the NASDAQ Indices. So you would just need to activate the U.S. Equities exchange. You can do this from this page:
