Hi,

Long time SC user here, you can see I even have subscribed year to year now. Nothing but great things to say about the platform easy to use, and at a good price point.
The past year or so I have subscribed to book map as well. At the same time I have TStrader web open, I am trading the topstep combine.

I have noticed recently, past week maybe, something a little bit disturbing to me, at the market open usually, when it ticks up and down frequently, BM and TStrader moves synchronously, SC will take about a split second to catch up and ignore the one tick swings it seems like. I want to understand if I have a wrong setting, because on I am using rithmic feed on both bookmap and SC.

Thanks in advance and very much appreciated if we can get to the bottom of the problem.

We are no longer giving technical support for Rithmic.

Our recommendation is to switch to the Denali Exchange Data Feed (assuming you are trading CME Group futures). Refer to the information here:
