1. You would have to go back to a version prior to 2177.

Follow these instructions to select a specific release to install:
Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure

We really do not recommend going back to that old of a version, not to mention that depending on your connections and data, you may not be able to use an older version.

2. We no longer support CTS.

Please update your operating system to 64-bit.

We want to provide good solutions. CTS is supported although it is not listed. But do look at using our list of services as they are much better preferred:

Follow these instructions to select a specific release to install:
Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure

This won't work. The link to "Full Control Rollback Procedure" has a download link for FileDownLoader.exe. But your "Software Download" webpage says: "The Sierra Chart installer and the Sierra Chart program are both 64-bit. You need to have a 64-bit operating system, to use them." Opening the FileDownLoader on a 32-bit OS elicits the response: "FileDownloader.exe is not a valid Win32 application." Yup.

The "Full Control Rollback Procedure" says: "In the Specific Version box on the installer window, enter the version number you want to roll back to. Version numbers are integers only. They are going to be in the range 1408 and up. Using the installer, the earliest you can roll back to is 1408."

What I need is a link to a zip-file for the 32-bit version of SC v1408. Thank you.

Correcting my previous support request: Found SierraChart1808.zip in "Windows XP", threadID=43278. Engineering Support said versions 1652 to 1808 would run under XP. Extracted files to <C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransactMA> as instructed. Log In result: "Invalid account name or password…" This is an erroneous response. Account name and password were valid. Presume your server blocked due to old version. Your response is appreciated.

You really should be running a current version of Sierra Chart and using a 64-bit operating system. Windows 7 is available as 64-bit and is a good operating system.

. Presume your server blocked due to old version. Your response is appreciated.
Possibly that is the reason. We would not know unless we did various checks and that is involved.

I understand. I am running 64-bit W7. But the disk crashed and I was hoping to download files and do some programming offline on an older system while waiting for the replacement. Thank you.
