Follow these instructions to select a specific release to install: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure This won't work. The link to "Full Control Rollback Procedure" has a download link for FileDownLoader.exe. But your "Software Download" webpage says: "The Sierra Chart installer and the Sierra Chart program are both 64-bit. You need to have a 64-bit operating system, to use them." Opening the FileDownLoader on a 32-bit OS elicits the response: "FileDownloader.exe is not a valid Win32 application." Yup. The "Full Control Rollback Procedure" says: "In the Specific Version box on the installer window, enter the version number you want to roll back to. Version numbers are integers only. They are going to be in the range 1408 and up. Using the installer, the earliest you can roll back to is 1408." What I need is a link to a zip-file for the 32-bit version of SC v1408. Thank you.
