Hi when I try to trade I'm receiving the message "order rejected insufficient permissions"

TT is still working on their issue therefore AMP has stopped any trading to take place through TT. You will need to talk to AMP about this for further information.

Hi John thank you,I've had an e-mail from Amp suggesting that it might be an idea to switch over to CQG would that incur more charges?
Also I'm still only getting delayed trading on US 10yr treasury note and earlier whilst trying to trade it kept switching me to simulation mode?

Switching to CQG would not incur any additional charges on the Sierra Chart side. There may be some differences in the commissions that are charged, but you would need to check that with AMP.

Are you getting delayed data for the US 10 Year Treasury Note Futures (ZN)? and not for other CME Products?

Also, we see no reason for the system to switch you to simulation mode when trying to place a trade. But let us know about the data first and then we will work through any further issues.

Yes delayed data only on the US 10yr treasury note future's (ZN) the rest of the CME products are ok.
Not sure if it's caused any issues but I have changed to full CME products but without the market depth which I didn't really need.

We need to see your Message Log following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We think the issue you are seeing is related to using both old and new symbology. Please open your Chartbook(s) and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Hi yes that's done the trick,thank you....I've just found trades that I've not taken on my chart is that an AMP or CQG error?

From our perspective we do not know. You can look at the Trade Activity Log and ask your broker about any order fills that you see which do not make sense:
