I have an AMP/TT account and am aware of the issues from yesterday. I noticed that my Trade Activity Log [Trades] for that account is still having problems -- the entry/exit prices seem to be off by a factor of 100 (2 decimals), which is throwing off the P&L. Will this correct on its own or do I have to do something? Thanks!

You should remove any duplicate fills by using the Delete Trade Activity Entry command:

Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Data Editing Menu Commands (Trade >> Trade Activity Log)

I don't have a problem with duplicate fills, I have a problem because the prices are wrong. For example, my actual entry price for RTYH21 is 2281.00, but the Trade Activity Log has the price at 228100.00 (that's off by a factor of 100). All the entry and exit prices for that AMP/TT account are off like that. What can be done to fix this? Thanks.

The problem is you do not have the right service selected. Follow steps 9 and 10 here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions

After that in the Trade Activity Log select Edit >> Refresh Log.

Hi, if we're on AMP/TT, are we supposed to be switching over to CQG? Thanks!

It is up to you if you want to switch from TT to CQG.

The driving factor is how quickly you want to get trading again. AMP has put a hold on trading through them with TT. You would need to ask them when they expect to lift the hold.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I just received an email from AMP saying they will no longer be supporting TT on any exchanges. They are asking that I change from TT to CQG for order routing which I assume means we can continue to use Denali and pay for exchanges through Sierra. Does this change mean I will no longer be using the SC order routing service? And if not is there anything I need to do to cancel it? I have already submitted the form provided by AMP. Thank you!

Yes.

Does this change mean I will no longer be using the SC order routing service?
Yes until we have our direct CME order routing available.

And if not is there anything I need to do to cancel it?
No.
