ok so this is the steps i took. all steps were the same and reason of why i am confused of why only one chart book of the ones i downloaded is in sierra chartbooks. All charts are from same person. download> pc> Cdrive> Sierra > data and that is were the files were placed

Now, when you select File >> Open Chartbook, are you able to see the chartbooks that you copied into the Data folder? Is it just the 2 that you attached above that you copied into your data folder? If you are only seeing one of them, which one do you see and/or which one do you not see? i downloaded many. and only one is there. I did not sent u the file that is showing in sierra chartbooks since there are no issues with that one. I downloaded over 10 chartbooks and i have more but stopped after i realized they were not available once i open chartbooks

Talked to customer. The data was stored in a PCloud online storage, and somehow he was downloading pcloud files rather than the Chartbooks. Showed him how to download the Chartbooks themselves and put them in the correct folder.
