Service client does not support enabling Trade Simulation....

I have opened a Simulated Trading Account.
But when I try to trade, it says it lacks funds.
Then I discovered someone else had the problem, they were talking about adjusting the account balance. So I tried to adjust the account balance for this simulated account.
But that didn't work either, it said I wasn't authorized:
"Account balance adjustment rejected. Account balance adjustments not authorized | Symbol: (unset) | TradeAccount: "

Following that link solved it for me. I had overlooked a setting on the evaluation trading account page, that authorize account balance adjustments.
