Hi, I tried to trade live today. It seems I dont have live access to do so. I thought I had comleted everything needed to have live trading access through AMP/Denali/SC Data. Everytime I try to enter a trade, my chart switches to Trade Simulation mode.

Update: the platform is no longer switching me to Trade Sim Mode. I now get a text in the Trade Service log: "Data order update (Order reject), Info; TT order update (Rejected), Text Account AC***** id=105*** is not assigned to user SierraChartFIX_2=id51126; Text; Parent Order, Tag ******

Hi User959182, AMP say they have corrected issues with your set-up, please feel free to test again?
