Hello, Transaction/Order ID: cs_live_a1Ufu2VndixfMILpBNBryX276THNQbao7LW4Gd3FloNtWhs0OWu8RStfUX I think I didn't have to do this because at the time I didn't have a funded acct with AMP but now I've a funded acct with AMP. So my question is, the only charges that are active for renewal is the 11 - Advanced + Denali Data Feed (For 3 Months) correct ? With AMP I signed up for CME E-mini Data $10 a month. I just want to make sure I'm not overpaying. thanks |

First, since you have a funded account with AMP now, you will not need the "CME E-Mini for Professionals". We have gone ahead and set that exchange to not renew for next month, therefore you will not get charged for it for next month. But, you will continue to get the data from that exchange option through the rest of February. Then on March 1, 2021 you will want to enable whichever Non-Professional exchange(s) you need. You will be able to do this on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed We do not know what the $10 you are paying to AMP is for. Offhand, it looks like the fee for CQG data. But you are signed up for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, so you would not be able to get the CQG data, not to mention that you are setup to get the Denali Data. You need to ask AMP about that $10 and make sure you are not paying for data you are not using from them. On a separate note, we see that your Service setting is not set to SC Futures Order Routing/Data. If you want to trade using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service then you will need to change your Service and update your Symbols. Refer to the instructions starting at Step #9 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions Also, you need to connect to your Sierra Chart Order Routing service at least once a month in order to qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional exchange fees. It is really best to just leave your Service connected and use the Simulation mode when you do not want to trade live.
