hi,

how can i see intraday charts for contracts that expired in 2020, 2019 ets?

Spesificaly i want data for:
NQ (the oldest i can see in the platform right now is NQZ0)
FDAX (the oldest i can see in the platform right now is FDAXZ0)

hello,

I have continual issue with the renual of the service:
It appears I have 2 trial accounts. I dont know which one of them I actualy use... till now I renew it every month. Now I renwe it for 6 month, but the system still claim i have zero credit.

please help me orgenize the things.

At this point, the easiest thing for you to do is to start logging into your Sierra Chart software using the same account that you posted to the support board with: s**_s***n. You had put the payment into that account, rather than your other one.

I tried doing what you suggested but the Sierra chart software does not ask me which account I want to use, it is outomatically chooses the wrong one.

If you follow the instructions, you will see that it tells you to select Cancel when the login page comes up and prior to it going away and automatically logging you in. When you select the Cancel button one time at that point, it stops the login process and you can then change your account name and password there.
