Missing Data on GBP

Hi Since this mornings GBP charts missing data for last 45 days .data from 23.12.20 jump to 4.02.2021 and data for last 45 days missing in between .I have opened a new GBP chart its ok but my saved Charts miss functioning. I have searched support board but I couldn't find any relevant post to resolve this issue . Please advise me what to do . Thank you |

I have manged to download all data thank you but still have problem with vwap study cant go back to my setup as soon as i increase volume to above 500 or more charging the format and its not useable any more hence my study set up was on DAY vwap 7000 volume for ES. please help me. thank you for your prompt replay. |

What exactly is happening to your VWAP study when you increase the Volume Per Bar?

Hi I followed the instructions and retake the screen photo: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1615502195624.png The problem is when I change the volume per bar from 500 per bar to 5000 or above, at the settings section of the DAY-VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price), the study does not work anymore and changes to this: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1615502784444.png It was working until today with 7000 volume per bar but this morning everything mixed. I just want to turn it to normal and use it at any volume per bar as usual. Many thanks for your help in advance |

What you are seeing is normal due to how VWAP is calculated and that you have it set to calculate on a one day period. Since you have many days in which there is a single bar for the day, there is no way for the Variance of the VWAP to be calculated (it needs more than one data point). You can do a few different things. One option is to set the Input for Use Underlying Data to Yes. This will give more data points on a per day basis which will then give you some Variance lines. Or you can use a different option for Std. Deviation Band Calculation. Thank you for your replay . it seems I can not explaining my problem , I used same study for last few months but now due to data rollover study Day VWAP does not work as it should be . I have managed to download the same study from a source and deleted my old chart books, everything is ok now . however still same question remained, why the study changed? thank you for your support |

If you are not using the standard VWAP study that is provided within Sierra Chart then we cannot say. You would need to ask the creator of the study that you are using.
