I'm currently on package 5 with AMP using CQG. This price currently comes to $36/month ($25 for sierra and $11 for CQG CME level2). With your changes coming in on March 1st, does this now mean that I will be paying $37 now for package 11 and then have to pay another $10.40 to access the CME feed? So are you forcing all your customers now to subscribe to Denali? I don't understand this business move. You always had support for many connections into Sierra chart. This is exactly the same move that ninjatrader did. My fees have now increased around 30%. I don't see how this is fair. Sam |

It is incredibly fair. Overwhelmingly. We are not even charging anything extra for the Denali data feed. Absolutely nothing extra. Everything is stated very clearly here: Important Notice: Price Standardization Plan Effective March 1, 2021 | Denali Data Feed And we do not want to hear the complaints. You are not entitled to a discount and we are not increasing prices at all. The discounts are over with. You are only paying standard Sierra Chart prices. You should be appreciative of everything that we do. This is totally nonsensical comments like we are hearing about being not fair. That is totally untrue. Here we are setting standard prices, that are ridiculously cheap and removing discounts which should have never been offered. Sierra Chart is not your problem. It is governments and their taxes, their taking away our freedom, destroying businesses intentionally, which is your issue. Not Sierra Chart. Taxes both direct and indirect (through inflation) are what are not fair. Governments are hideously inefficient and committing theft against people with their taxes. The price of Sierra Chart is so cheap and getting cheaper by the day with inflation. Please face reality. You always had support for many connections into Sierra chart
